Artist Statement

I transform sewing pattern paper into sculptural works exploring overlooked women's narratives. Drawing on my WA and Yamatji Country ancestry, my practice honours untold experiences of women in my family who sacrificed careers and shouldered burdens. The paper becomes both medium and metaphor, challenging the diminishment of traditionally feminine pursuits.
